The Minnesota Department of Agriculture has received $12.25 million through the USDA’s Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure program to help strengthen Minnesota’s food supply chain. MDA will distribute the funds as grants to invest in processing, manufacturing, storage, transportation, and distribution of locally and regionally produced food. The funds will begin distribution in 2024.
