Washburn, North Dakota farmer Clark Price has been fortunate to catch a good soaking rain last week. “We just got 2.5-3 inch rain last week after being on the verge of really dry conditions.” Reports of spring wheat heading is not uncommon around Price. Price says south of him, some farms received up to four inches of rain.
