A federal judge has overturned the approvals made by the Bureau of Land Management for a phosphate mine owned by Bayer in southeastern Idaho. The phosphate from this mine is used in the production of glyphosate. Bayer officials said the court’s decision will not have any impact on current glyphosate supplies.
