According to North Dakota Grain Growers Association President Ed Kessel, the Supreme Court Sackett decision is a step in the right direction. Kessel remains cautious. “It does look favorable, but those that are trying to make these (Waters of the United States) rules are trying to figure out a way to make them legal so we’ll continue to watch this.”
