USDA is forecasting a record 15.3 billion bushel corn crop. USDA Outlook Board Chairman Mark Jekanowski says the crop could be at 15.3 billion bushels. “The stocks-to-use ratio is forecast at 10.3 percent,” said Mark Jekanowski, chairman, USDA Ag Outlook Board. “By next year, we expect that to reach 15.3 percent.” Jekanowski is projecting next year’s corn price to be 27 percent below this year’s average.
