The first phase of the Ag Innovation Campus is almost complete. Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council CEO Tom Slunecka says there is a livestream camera set up to capture production progress. “It’s something that we’ll continue through production so buyers and seller across the world can see what we’re producing.” Slunecka expects the crush plant to begin accepting soybeans in July. The second and third phases of the project will include construction of projects to help with education, training, and research.
