North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum has signed a waiver for hours-of-service requirements for drivers of commercial vehicles transporting ag inputs. Burgum says the weather has tightened the planting window, forcing truck drivers to move more inputs in a shorter amount of time. The 30-day waiver is effective immediately.
