The University of Minnesota announced they will receive a $20 million grant from the National Science Foundation and the USDA National Institute of Food and Ag. The grant will help the university start a new Artificial Intelligence Research Institute aimed at creating more climate-smart practices. The institute is one of seven that were announced as part of a larger federal initiative.
