The Minnesota Department of Agriculture hosted a meeting Tuesdays to discuss options for the HyLife pork production plant in Windom. The company plans to permanently close in June if a new buyer is not found. In a statement, the Minnesota Department of Agriculture said city and state officials are ready to work with HyLife to help secure a new buyer for the facility.
