The European agriculture commissioner is optimistic five nearby countries will agree to allow Ukrainian grain to move though their countries for export to other parts of the world. Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia will simply be transit routes for these Ukrainian ag products that can’t be moved through the Black Sea. The agreement would be limited to wheat, corn, canola and sunflower products.
