Global food prices declined for the 12th straight month in March. The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization food-price index is at its lowest level since July of 2021. The price for cereal grains declined nearly six percent, helped by a large Australian wheat crop and the flow of grain out of the Black Sea region.
