A national coalition of 135 farm groups has sent a letter to congressional leadership, calling for dedicated Farm Bill funding for one-on-one technical assistance for small-and-medium sized farms. With rising land prices and farm input costs, the coalition said additional technical assistance is needed. The groups signing the letter include the American Farmland Trust, Minnesota Farmers Union and the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition.
