The fertilizer outlook for spring is optimistic. StoneX Group Vice President of Fertilizer Josh Linville says phosphate prices are at a stalemate with demand. With demand being more variable, prices won’t have a chance to rise to previous highs. Global potash supplies are also low. Canadian production of potash is keeping prices steady. “Thank goodness we have Canada as a neighbor. Potash is still at a phenomenal value because that grain value has continued to hold.”
