Due to alleged violations of the USDA Packers and Stockyards Act, Miller Livestock at Mina, South Dakota has been suspended from operation for five years. An investigation by USDA found Miller Livestock failed to pay for livestock transactions totaling $548,000 from June-to-November of 2021. A total of $368,000 remains unpaid.
