If the International Dairy Foods Association and National Milk Producers Federation can not come to terms on Federal Milk Marketing Order reform in the next month, IDFA will submit its own proposal to USDA. The two groups have been meeting on dairy policy, but have not resolved all of their differences. IDFA represents dairy processors while NMPF represents dairy farmers and their cooperatives.
