During the Minnesota State Agricultural Association, Joe Scapanski of Sauk Rapids was re-elected to a second one-year term as president. Joe Fox of Maplewood was re-elected as vice president. The State Fair board of managers approved $9.4 million in maintenance projects and capital work.
