After the holiday break, activity picked up at area auction barns. “Markets are very aggressive coming out of the holiday season with a lot of guys looking to fill yards,” said Billy Bushelle, manager, Bagley Livestock Auction. “There’s just a lot of optimism in the future especially for fed cattle prices.”
