The American Malting Barley Association has released its list of recommended malting barley varieties for the upcoming year. The additions to the list include CDC Fraser and KWS Donau. Varieties excluded from the list are Pinnacle and Charles, two varieties that have seen a significant reduction in acres in recent years.
