The EPA and Army Corps of Engineers has released its final definition for the Waters of the United States. This rule restores the language that was in place prior to 2015 for navigable waters under the Clean Water Act. EPA Administrator Michael Regan said this will provide greater certainty for farmers, ranchers and landowners.
