A coalition of 20 farm groups was represented in a federal appeals court Thursday, arguing against the EPA decision to revoke food tolerances for chlorpyrifos. The Red River Valley Sugarbeet Growers Association filed the original lawsuit. Sugarbeet, soybean, wheat and cotton groups joined the lawsuit, asking the court to vacate the EPA decision.
