US Wheat Associates Chair Rhonda Larson, who farms at East Grand Forks, Minnesota, has been traveling the globe to represent wheat farmers. “Zanzibar and Egypt are really concerned about the Black Sea; they want to know that if they’re not able to get wheat through Black Sea ports, they can source from the U.S. The problem is they like cheaper wheat than we do.”
