The House passed a provision related to sick leave for rail workers. “The House took up a resolution that would add seven days of paid sick leave for railroad workers and for that vote, there was a clear break down on party lines, passing with a narrow margin of 221 to 207,” said Kent Bacus, executive director of governmental affairs, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. The Senate did not pass this language.
