Russia suspended its participation in the Black Sea Grain Initiative after drones attacked ships outside of Crimea over the weekend. Ukrainian President Zelensky said his country would continue to meet the obligations of the United Nations export agreement. The humanitarian grain corridor was established in July in a deal put together by the UN, Turkey, Ukraine and Russia.
