Sugarbeet harvest at Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative will likely finish the harvest this week. “It looks like we’ll be at about 26.5 tons and about 17.5 sugar content average,” said Todd Geselius, vice president of agriculture. “The tonnage isn’t great, but there’s really good sugar content to make up for it.”
