Summit Carbon Solutions has filed its paperwork with the North Dakota Public Service Commission The pipeline will take liquid carbon dioxide from 32 ethanol plants in Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa and North Dakota and move it to underground storage in western North Dakota. With the pipeline, the ethanol plants will have access to markets with low-carbon standards, including California.
