The end is in sight for the sugarbeet campaign. “A lot of guys are done,” said Nick Revier, sales manager, SES VanderHave. “I would say by the middle of this next week we’ll pretty much be done and anytime that we can get done before the last week in October, we’re happy.” Sugarbeet yields are average, which is good considering the late planting date. The sugar content improved in recent days.
