Ukraine’s agriculture minister is urging his European Union counterparts to invest in five border terminals and a pipeline for sunflower oil. The border terminals would cost $25-to-$30 million each and the price tag for the pipeline depends on the route. The Ukrainian ag ministry said this system would be more stable and permanent than the temporary humanitarian grain export lane through the Black Sea.
