Lamb Weston plans to build a French fry manufacturing plant in Argentina. Lamb Weston President Tom Werner said this decision demonstrates the company’s confidence in the growing global market for frozen French fries. The plant will produce 200 million pounds of frozen French fries and other potato products per year and will be operational in 2024.
