The EPA is asking the federal courts to maintain a temporary suspension of a lawsuit over the use of dicamba. The Center for Food Safety and Center for Biological Diversity asked the courts to vacate the registrations of XtendiMax, Engenia and Tavium in 2020. The stay was granted while a legal battle over jurisdictional issues is finalized.
