Thompson Farmers Elevator merchandiser manager Damon Reitz says the spring wheat harvest is ramping in eastern the central Red River Valley. “Test weights look good at 62 to 64 pounds; yields range from 70 to 85 bushels per acre and proteins vary from 11 percent to 15.5 percent.”
