The Senate passed the Inflation Reduction Act with Vice President Kamala Harris breaking a 50-50 tie vote. This bill now goes to the House where a vote is expected at the end of the week. The health care and climate provisions of the $740 billion bill are the centerpiece of legislation. It also includes a 15 percent minimum tax on large corporations.
