The North Dakota State Board of Animal Health ended the ban of poultry events and exhibitions, effective immediately. The risk of spreading Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza is declining with warmer weather and fewer migratory birds flying around the state. A positive diagnosis in the state will cause a reinstatement of the ban.
