The resumption of grain exports out Ukrainian ports is becoming more of a possibility. Officials from Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the United Nations met Wednesday to find a solution to global food shortages. Turkey’s defense minister said an agreement was reached regarding the safe movement of grain out of Black Sea ports. However, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said he is optimistic, but more technical work needs to be done. Another meeting is in the week ahead.
