Reuters is reporting Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the United Nations will participate in negotiations Wednesday with the focus on grain exports. The meeting will take place in Istanbul. Meanwhile, the Turkish president had individual phone calls with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss grain shipments out of the Black Sea region. Ukraine reportedly has more than 20 million tons of grain ready for export, but the shipments can’t move because of the Russian blockade of the ports.
