The United States is challenging Canada’s dairy tariff-rate quota system. This is the second time the U.S. has gone to a dispute settlement panel over Canadian dairy policy. In a statement, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said “Canada’s protectionist dairy policies are a top concern.”
