South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem signed an executive order Monday, easing restrictions on moving farm equipment during the delayed planting season. Over-width farm equipment, planters and applicators can move on highways two hours before sunrise and two hours after sunset. This executive order expires toward the end of June.
