A conference committee will now work out the differences between the Minnesota House and Senate versions of the omnibus environment and natural resources bill. The newly-passed House bill includes multiple provisions dealing with the use of treated seed. It includes policy for the use and disposal of seed treated with neonicotinoids and prohibits the sale of treated seed for feed, food, oil or ethanol production.
