South Dakota FFA Convention started Sunday. State FFA President Tessa Erdmann says the future is bright with young agriculturalists ready to tackle any challenge. “There’s always going to be challenges in agriculture, but I think we’re in good hands. I’ve worked with so many young people, and it’s incredible the things they’re doing.” Erdmann’s time as a state office is coming to an end. “One of my favorite things was being back in person this year for the summer retreat. I’m excited for the 50th anniversary of our retreat this upcoming summer.” Red River Farm Network’s coverage of the South Dakota State FFA Convention is brought to you by South Dakota Farmers Union and Full Circle Ag.
