Preparation is the key to a successful growing season. “You get back out what you put into it,” said Jeff Koscelny, account management lead, WestBred. For those still considering spring wheat, seed should be locked in as soon as possible. “It’s going to be pretty tight with a lot of demand for wheat seed. We took a lot of extra steps this past year with the drought to make sure that our supplies were reliable for our customers.”
