Ceres Global Ag. Corp’s wholly owned subsidiary, Riverland Ag Corp, plans to acquire Columbia Grain’s 50 percent stake in Berthold Farmers Elevator in Berthold, North Dakota. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and the remaining 50 percent membership interest is owned by the Berthold Farmers Elevator.
