Thousands of workers at Canadian Pacific Railway are threatening to strike this week, potentially disrupting the movement of grain, potash and coal at a time where supply chains are slow. More than 3,000 members at the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference voted this month to potentially strike after midnight on Wednesday. The union has not yet given the required 72-hour notice.
