Ahead of Corn Congress at the Commodity Classic, all state corn groups heard from USDA appointees. The North Dakota Corn Growers Association got an update from USDA Under Secretary of Farm Production and Conservation Robert Bonnie. Vice President Andrew Mauch says Bonnie answered questions about the FSA and WHIP+ program. “The talk of the town is it’s never soon enough to get disaster aid. The USDA is trying to promote they’re doing everything they possibly can as fast as they can.”
