USDA’s weekly Export Sales report for the week ending March 3rd shows net old crop corn sales at a marketing year high of 2.14 million metric tons. Noticeably more than the previous week and four-week average. New crop corn sales are reported at 23,000 tonnes. Corn shipments are 14 percent more than the previous week at 1.76 million tonnes. Soybean export sales of 2.2 million tonnes are noticeably more than the previous week and 76 percent more than the four-week average. New crop sales are reported at 895,000 tonnes. Soybean shipments 835,000 tonnes are 11 percent more than the previous week. Net old crop wheat sales of 307,000 tonnes are two percent more than the previous week and 21 percent above the four-week average. Shipments were up five percent from the previous week at 384,000 tonnes.
