With the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the speculation over fertilizer supplies is ramping up. During the USDA Ag Outlook Forum, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said it is not helpful to try and project what might happen. However, he hopes “that no company will take unfair advantage of this situation or use this situation as an excuse for something that isn’t justified by supply and demand.”
