China will now accept wheat and barley imports from all regions of Russia. Previously, China restricted Russian imports due to phytosanitary concerns. China dramatically increased its wheat imports in the past year with most of that business going to the European Union, Australia and Canada. China is also the third largest international customer for U.S. wheat.
