Forty-seven Senators and 44 House members have filed a friend-of-the-court brief with the Supreme Court over the EPA’s action under the Clean Air Act. The lawmakers claim the agency acted outside of its authority by trying to change the power industry through emissions standards in the Clean Air Act. Co-signers include both senators from North Dakota and South Dakota. North Dakota, North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong and Minnesota Congressman Tom Emmer.
