The U.S. Court of International Trade will review an amicus brief on fertilizer from the National Corn Growers Association, the Agricultural Retailers Association and other agriculture groups. The court is considering a case on tariffs of phosphorous fertilizers imported from outside of the country. Agriculture groups would like the Mosaic Company to withdraw a petition that led to a 19 percent tariff rate on fertilizers from Morocco.
