Tyson Foods is reporting fiscal fourth quarter net income of $1.36 billion on sales of $12.81 billion. That compare to last year’s fourth quarter income of $654 million on sales of $11.46 billion. In a statement, Tyson CEO Donnie King says Tyson Foods is launching a new productivity program designed to deliver more than $1 billion in annual savings by the end of 2024. King says the program will focus on automation and operations.
