Alex Noffsinger is a new policy analyst for the Senate Agriculture Committee. Noffsinger’s responsibilities include commodity agriculture, crop insurance, livestock, dairy, specialty crops and labor. Most recently, Noffsinger was a legislative manager with The Russell Group.
