The Environmental Protection Agency is still analyzing information on dicamba damage from the 2021 growing season. Administrator Michael Regan says the EPA is meeting with stakeholders to get more information. “We’re encouraging others with relevant information to continue providing it to the agency so we can make the best decisions possible.” Regan also talked about the changes made to the pesticide label restrictions under the 24c label, making it more difficult for states to set their own dicamba regulations. EPA wants states to use section 24a provision instead.
